Advanced veterinary care in Dubai

I have been a loyal customer for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet’s care. From routine check-ups to more complex treatments, they have always received the highest level of attention and expertise here. The staff is consistently polite and welcoming, ensuring a warm and stress-free experience every time.

Great clinic with professional and friendly staff! Dr. Piotr is absolutely amazing professional with truly kind heart! And Dr. Furkan is also great with our anxious dog – so calm, friendly and encouraging! Thank you! 😊

I posted my first review above almost a year ago and now I want to add another huge thank you to the clinic and Dr. Furkan, who most probably saved the life of our new puppy today by suggesting to test him for ehrlichiosis, even though he was asymptomatic. It came out positive and we start the treatment on time. Thank you so much for being extremely careful and attentive to the fur patients!!!

Quite possibly the best vet practice we have experienced in Dubai. With 8 cats of our own and over 40 rescue cats having gone through our home Dr Furkan, Dr Peter and the other vets and staff at APCC have helped us over many years rescue discarded and disabled street cats. Would highly recommend their dedication and professionalism as well as their compassion and surgical skill.

When I evaluate a vet and a clinic, I always keep a close eye on how my dog reacts to the staff and doctor. Thankfully, I’ve had a positive experience with both Dr. Piotr and his staff. He truly cares about the well-being of your pet and because he has an animated, jovial, sarcastic tone he may come across as a rude to some people – personally I find him to be a fun, affable personality. His top most priority is my dog’s health and if in the process he comes across as curt to the owner then its not intentionally rude – but more out of concern for the pet.

I’ve had dogs my entire life and Dr. Piotr is the only vet in my experience who hasn’t given my dog her annual shots and kennel cough in the same session – i appreciate the fact that he has Ella’s well being at heart.

Ella has been spayed by Dr Piotr and was up and about in a day. He even asked me not to give her pain meds unless absolutely necessary – unlike most vets who pretty much pump your pet with meds to rake up their bills. I did purchase the meds but ended up not giving it to her because she wasn’t in any pain after the anaesthesia from the surgery had worn off.

Overall, Dr Piotr is amazing and Im glad our paths have crossed and rest assured my dog has access to the best care from one of the best vets in the city. <3

A great clinic, with a fantastic team that genuinely cares. After having been to numerous pet care centers and seen plenty of doctors, we reached Dr. Furkan, whom is not only very knowledgeable but also very caring with the ‘patients’. Highly recommended!

I had already been taking my cat, Odin, to this clinic for some time, and I have always been extremely happy with the care they provide. The entire team is highly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate—from the veterinarians and nurses to the reception staff. Their prices are fair and transparent, and I have never felt that the clinic was commercially driven. They truly prioritize the animals’ wellbeing and always take the time to explain everything clearly.

More recently, they helped me prepare Odin for an international relocation. He is a 12-year-old cat with chronic kidney disease, so the entire process, with all the required protocols, documentation and medical considerations, was particularly stressful for me. The team was incredibly supportive, patient and understanding throughout every stage. They guided me through the procedures, made sure Odin was fit and properly prepared for the journey, and gave me enormous peace of mind during a very emotional time.

A very special thank-you to Dr Tanashe, Dr Piotr, all the nurses and the wonderful reception team for their professionalism, kindness and genuine human touch. Thanks to their help, Odin travelled safely and is now happy and settled in his new home.

We already miss you all! I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care from a team that truly cares about both animals and their owners.
