It’s surprising how many pet owners think it’s acceptable to use ibuprofen or aspirin when they run out of their dogs’ arthritis drugs. Never give your pet medication without consulting with your vet first!
Carrots: Good source of vitamins and fiber and good for dog’s teeth.
Peanut butter: an occasional tablespoon of unsalted peanut butter is a treat
Yogurt: High in protein and calcium, plain yogurt is an ideal treat
Oatmeal: A good source of fiber, for dogs with irregular bowel issues. COOK BUT DO NOT ADD SUGAR
Salmon: Omega 3 fatty acids for a shinier coat

Broccoli: In small portions a great nutrition boost
Pumpkin: Another good source of fiber and vitamin A.
Cottage cheese: Good source of calcium and protein (not recommended for dogs that have issues digesting dairy.
Green beans:Good source of iron and vitamins.

Salmon: A good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, salmon can be a delicious and tasty treat for cats
Spinach: Full of vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, C and K, iron and calcium.
